Billie ‘Action’ Jackson is a 40 year old freelance artist and illustrator residing in Wilmington, DE. Action has created hundreds, if not thousands, of art pieces for friends, family members, and acquaintances over the years, but being the primary mastermind behind the cover concept of Illumination X is somewhat of a breakout for his craft. ‘Action’ enjoys spending time with his family members and friends when he isn’t bust helping out a person in need or making a friend laugh, specifically his two sons.
